The folks were fantastic, initially I spoke with Zack virtual a phone call. He was helpful in identifying the problem. He encouraged me to bring my Chromebook in. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by I believe Jeremy (I think was his name). He gave very efficient prompt attention to my issue and we resolved it in about 20 minutes. He charged me nothing for his service and I responded by purchasing a peripheral device to his kind effort. I HIGHLY recommend these folks and will pass the word along. Top Notch Service!!!

My Biz Laptop was disable due to a faulty Dell Bios update and was desperate to get it fixed as I own and run a 24/7 aviation business. After reaching out to Dell and several online PC specialists all recommended a new MS installation which would wipe out my active business files and disrupt my business. I rolled the dice and very thankfully found Computer Experts in Palm Bay on Google and they fixed the problem in only 2 hours and saved me incredible hardship for a very reasonable fee! They were very polite and precisely communicative before and after the repair. I normally don't take the time to write reviews although I am doing so to perhaps help someone else in urgent need of a PC repair to try this highly recommend company ..Computer Experts Palm Bay ....

I brought my computer in because it died on me, Zach and the rest of the team at Computer Experts made sure to be in constant contact, giving me updates on where they were at with my system. Even after the part they ordered to fix my system arrived late and dead on arrival, they quickly came up with a working solution that ended up being a huge upgrade for my system. They went above and beyond to correct the issue that wasn't in their control. I received my system back in perfect condition, the work performed was top quality and the cost for the work done was more than reasonable and fair. If you live in Brevard County, THIS IS the place to take your computer. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The services they offer are extremely well priced. If I could give a million stars I would. These guys are next level and they are the only people I trust to work on my computers.

Good from the start, they answered fast and gave me all the information I needed to know and then some. Zach was the one to help me diagnose my pc and figure out the problem. Would definitely recommend and will return with if I have any more issues. Hopefully not though 😆 …

Addendum to my 4 month ago review: I needed help again and Computer Experts are my go to company to get superior results fast. Jeremy at Computer Experts in Palm Bay, I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the exceptional service provided by you and your team in the recent repairs. Your attention to detail and timely completion of the tasks are truly commendable. Your expertise and dedication in delivering outstanding service is rare these days and very much appreciated. The pleasant staff checks in the computer very efficiently and relays your requests. They are able to answer your questions too. On two recent occasions Jeremy and staff got my old computer running again. First after a hurricane it would not start and they instantly got it to turn on and they did not charge me. Then about a month later my computer got some kind of bug that deteriorated my operating system. Jeremy did a clean install of a new Windows that day. He offered to save any files and he no doubt would have if needed. I have it back and am really enjoying the clean new Windows, it is magnificent. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Caroline

Awesome experience from start to finish. Computer was damaged due to a power surge and Jeremy and the team at Computer Experts got right to work when I bought my computer into the store. Since this computer is used to work from home my downtime needed to be minimal. Jeremy and the team got everything done and corrected over the Memorial Day weekend and even got my computer back to me for the weekend so I could use it temporarily while the final parts were being shipped to the store. Very fair pricing and awesome customer service. Computer is working perfectly, thank you to Jeremy and the team at Computer Experts.

We thought we were going to have a collective heart attack when our computer went down in the middle of a CNC Machine Routing job. We thought we lost everything but we tried to stay calm and took the unit to Computer Experts. We talked with Zack and he assured me they would do everything possible to get our hard drive information back. His initial review showed nothing was there. They worked hard to find away and miraculously they were able to get us back up in running in two days. These people are fantastic and Zack was able to keep us calm. Also they are ver fair on pricing they could have charged me anything in my desperation. We will always take our equipment to Computer Experts. Thanks again.
